Not only does online tutoring work, but it works better when done properly. When online, tutors have the advantage of all of their worksheets and practice problems available on a whim. Along with whiteboards and screen-sharing, online tutoring offers many unique advantages that being in person simply cannot. Not to mention it is more accessible and comfortable for the students, allowing for consistent preparation and a better head space for learning. Understanding that we cannot let our students be too comfortable, however, our tutors are highly trained in making sessions interactive, interesting, and engaging to ensure that students maintain focus.
